CNPLaw LLP acted as Singapore law counsel in a cross-border secured real estate finance transaction between an Australian lender and an Australian borrower with a Singapore parent company. This transaction involved an amendment to the facility provided to the Australian borrower, which the firm assisted with in 2018.
